There are currently about 75 Million Millennias. Here are the things you need to know when you walk into the room.
1. Know that you are representing 75 Million people
2. My attitude matters more than my age (you’re probably thinking more about your age than everyone else in the room)
3. Don’t bring up your age
4. Have your pitch ready
Age and how long you have been doing something doesn’t determine how successful you are/will be. Rather your commitment. How much time do you commit? Two people could be doing the same thing for 5 years. The one puts in 8 hours a day 5 days a week, will not be as successful as the person who puts in 10+ hours a day 7 days a week.
You have to be will to accept criticism and rejection.
Use Social Media, don’t be used by it.
